They might be able to converse with each other because they can speak a foreign language. Second, when they go to the other country, they will be convenient. For example, if they can’t speak other languages and can speak only their country language in foreign country, they will face some hard times to do everything. Finally, If you learn a foreign language and can speak that language, you will get a good job. Because most of the company prefer to recruit new employees who learned a foreign language.
